These are the steps that we have taken to ensure there is no supply interruption.
- Increasing Local Stock Holdings
We have increased our already market leading stock holdings we carry in Perth to 3 or 6 months stock depending on the brand. We aim to have all the stock sitting in Perth that our clients require in the coming months.
- Splitting Our Workforce
We took the steps early in this crisis to split our workforce into 2 teams to ensure that even with a lockdown due to a confirmed COVID-19 case we still have the staff on the ground to service our clients.
- Cashless Transactions/Zero Contact Pickup
Wherever possible we ask our cash sale client to tap and go, or to order ahead of time and provide us with your credit card details to enable zero contact pickup of your order.
- Uprated Disinfection
We are performing hourly disinfection of all contact points within the business for our staff, and our client’s safety.
